1. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹1999 will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout

No hidden games. What you see is what you pay.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • No movement on Sundays or public holidays

Once it’s in, it’s already in motion.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Some locations might take longer — distance doesn’t change intent

We move fast, but never rushed.

4. Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update

You’ll know where your piece is — always.

5. Delays

Sometimes things don’t go as planned:

  • Heavy drops

  • Courier disruptions

  • External delays

Out of our control — but never out of our awareness.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Enter the right details. No second guesses.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

Precision matters.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear images

  • We’ll take it forward under our exchange policy

If it’s wrong, we fix it.
